Let's get familiar with one more way of blackjack cheating. In fact, this type of cheating is not only applied in blackjack but also about other card games in online casino – this is called “Mucking” of cards. 

Most of the times, it can be mixed up with other type of cheating like “Switching”, which is not surprising because these two ways to cheat are very alike. Actually, they vary.

But what is the difference between mucking and switching?

Why do these, there are 2 ways of blackjack cheating that go separately if they mean practically the same – the substitution of cards with the aim to improve your situation during a blackjack game?

There is a difference between these two blackjack cheating:

Mucking – Using the cards from a dealer's deck (from the blackjack table).

Switching – Using your own cards which you have taken with you in advance in order to substitute the dealer’s cards by them during a game.

Mucking is a common blackjack cheating method used. They are also used in other card games such as poker. It is often confused with card switching. In card switching, the player switches the cards by using their own cards. In card mucking, the players switch the card with one of the card in the deck.

For example, if the cheater is holding 2 cards in his hand, he will ask for another card so that he can replace it. He will keep the old card so that it can be used later. Hand mucking ensures that other player won't know the cards that are in the folded hand.

Mucking is an easy trick. Many people have mastered the skill to cheat their friends when playing the blackjack game. Card mucking is known by other names such as "Hand mucking". Card mucking also refer to the sleight of hand. If the sleight of hand method is used, the ace will be hidden from the table so that he can reach a ten to win the game.

So, here it is – mucking. What does it mean if speaking about card games and how does it work?

Let's say you have your 2 cards in your hand. But you would not mind to have one of them a little bit later during the game as it could be useful for you then. What are you doing? You ask for another card and replace your old one with a new one with a plan to use the old one later.

Is it easy?

If you work competently with your hands and others wouldn't notice how you do this or that trick, then you have all chances to be good in mucking cards. Mucking can also be called hand mucking sometimes. You should actually have a good coordination of hands. Mucking is not recommended if you are new player and did not have any practice before.
